MONDAY - UPPER BODY

Build power in your upper body with a dynamic workout focusing on back, chest, shoulders, and triceps.

TUESDAY - SHREDDER

Push your limits with our intense circuit training. The Shredder is a self-paced workout designed to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness.

WEDNESDAY - LOWER BODY

Strengthen and tone your lower body with a challenging workout targeting quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.

THURSDAY - ARMS, ABS, ETC.

Tone and define your upper body with a workout focusing on arm strength, core stability, and shoulder definition.

FRIDAY - FULL BODY

A full-body workout combining strength training, power movements, and plyometrics.

SATURDAY - FULL BODY

Experience a workout blending strength training, cardio intervals, and dynamic stretches for improved endurance and flexibility.
